Paul exceeds as lawyer, developer and entrepreneur with a career spanning high-value legal practice and large-scale property and business ventures across five continents. A founding partner of Hickey Lawyers, Paul also led strategic growth in sectors ranging from resorts and prefabrication to branding and rehabilitation, including revitalising the Sheraton Mirage Gold Coast. His natural dealmaking skills and commercial instinct drives B.P. Wharton’s strategic direction.

Ben is a seasoned entrepreneur and corporate leader with global experience across finance, property and industry. From fund management in Australia to executive roles in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and India, Ben has led major ventures in energy, agriculture and infrastructure – including Zero Waste Ltd and Global Road Technologies. His strength lies in scaling complex businesses and building legacy enterprises across borders.
