Paul exceeds as lawyer, developer and entrepreneur with a career spanning high-value legal practice and large-scale property and business ventures across five continents. A founding partner of Hickey Lawyers, Paul also led strategic growth in sectors ranging from resorts and prefabrication to branding and rehabilitation, including revitalising the Sheraton Mirage Gold Coast. His natural dealmaking skills and commercial instinct drives MAKR’s strategic direction.

Ben is a seasoned entrepreneur and corporate leader with global experience across finance, property and industry. From fund management in Australia to executive roles in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and India, Ben has led major ventures in energy, agriculture and infrastructure – including Zero Waste Ltd and Global Road Technologies. His strength lies in scaling complex businesses and building legacy enterprises across borders.

As Development Director at MAKR, Jack leads the strategy and delivery of the company's development portfolio — from site acquisition and deal structuring through design, delivery and settlement. Drawing on a background in finance and commercial real estate, he brings commercial rigour and deep SE QLD market insight to every project. Working at the intersection of capital, design and market intelligence, Jack ensures each MAKR development delivers on the company's design-led vision — with quality, innovation and impact at its core.
