Brooklyn on Brookes

Brooklyn on Brookes - a 15-storey tower that brings a distinctly New York-inspired sensibility to the heart of Brisbane.

Architecturally, the development was designed with both character and context in mind. Strong vertical facade elements create a bold and contrasting streetscape presence along both Ann and Brookes Streets, while red face brick and coloured glazing at the lobby entry were carefully chosen to complement and honour the neighbouring heritage church buildings.

At the heart of the design is a commitment to liveability. Bi-fold windows throughout every apartment were integral to the vision, maximising natural ventilation and blurring the boundary between indoor and outdoor living across all seasons — a hallmark of considered, resident-focused design.
